Our parent company, Samudera Indonesia Group has become one of Indonesia’s premier shipping and transportation companies, which is capable of providing door‐to‐door service for international and domestic shippers. The group offers a full range of services required for fully integrated transportation services.

PT. LAMPUNG JAYA SAMUDERA is looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates for
Business Development position.

Ideally, he/she should possess the following credentials:

1. Innovative / creative, yet with a good analytical ability in understanding and managing complex situations. Effective problem solving Abilities;
2. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal / people skills. One who can express ideas and information exchanges clearly and persuasively. Effectively Communicates at all levels in the organization level;
3. A change agent who is open to new ideas and encourages others to value change. Ability to recognize the potential benefits of change and create an infrastructure that would support change;
4. Can invigorate the team through his / her charismatic leadership Abilities;
5. Self‐motivated, results‐oriented, and willing to roll‐up his / her sleeves to get things done and be ready to work under pressure;
6. Possesses the highest level of personal, honesty and professional integrity;
7. Familiar with computer and communication in English;
8. Ready to work overtime and sent to all project locations;
